Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that LIVEWIRE GROUP LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 July 2011 to be put
into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 27 July 2011 at 9.30am.
