Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

JYRAH MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.38am.
WTL ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.35am.
We fix Monday 12 September 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
