Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Subsequent to the directors of the companies signing resolutions, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that, on appointment of a liquidator, the companies would be able to pay their debts that have been filed at the Companies Office, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of the companies by special resolution of their sole voting shareholder on the date and times stated below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the companies, I fix
13 September 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
