On 6 August 2011 at 2.15pm, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, it was resolved by the members of the society that HEPATITIS C SUPPORT GROUP (NZ) INCORPORATED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 2 September 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
