Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEACHVIEW HOUSE LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 10 August 2011 at 11.09am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidators of BEACHVIEW HOUSE LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 16 September 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
