Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)
of the Companies Act 1993, Simon John Thorn and
David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
30 August 2011 as the date on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
