On 1 August 2011, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FARM MAINTENANCE
& CONTRACTING LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 August 2011.
