On 8 August 2011, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE KELMAN REPORT LIMITED be liquidated and that Colin Gray, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 8 August 2011.
