Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of STREETWISE APPAREL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 8 August 2011 at 12.00 midday, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 1 September 2011 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of STREETWISE APPAREL LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
