Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 July 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to
section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ANDREWMURRAYGLOBAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher James O'Connor, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed as liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 July 2011 at 11.00am.
