David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TRUCK PAINTING SPECIALISTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 July 2011 at 10.50am.
We fix 19 September 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
