Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of LPS MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by
the High Court at Auckland on 27 July 2011 at 10.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of LPS MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 2 September 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
