Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 July 2011 at the times stated below:
- BENETTI HOLMES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.53am.
- PANEL KING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.55am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 29 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
