Jeremy Michael Morley and Richard Michael Longman, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TWO SOX LIMITED by the
High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 July 2011 at 10.23am.
We fix 26 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
