Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 2 March 2011, Clive Ashley Johnson was appointed as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
On 20 July 2011, Clive Ashley Johnson resigned as liquidator of the company and on 27 July 2011 at 11.14am, Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several replacement liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix 26 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
