Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 19 January 2011, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SILVER FERN SPORTS LIMITED be liquidated
and that Michael Fisher and Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 19 January 2011 at 3.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 February 2011.
