Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HAVELOCK NORTH DENTAL LIMITED by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 July 2011 at 11.40am.
We fix Monday 22 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
