Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that ZOOM ZOOM LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 July 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 12 July 2011 at 10.00am.
