Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 July 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that ALOHA ENTERPRISES LIMITED and CHARLOTTA ALDERTON LIMITED be liquidated and that Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 July 2011.
