David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Craig Alexander Sanson, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GHQ HAIR STUDIO LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 22 July 2011 at 10.04am.
We fix 31 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
