The late Bernard Spencer Montgomerie was appointed on
30 January 2007 as liquidator of the company.
Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, have been appointed as replacement liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 19 July 2011 at 8.00am.
The requisite notices have been filed with the Registrar
of Companies in accordance with section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.
