The late Bernard Spencer Montgomerie was appointed on
9 October 2009 as liquidator of the company.
Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited have been appointed as replacement liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 11 July 2011 at 4.33pm.
The requisite notices have been filed with the Registrar
of Companies in accordance with section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.
