Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, chartered accountant of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PRO BUILD (HB) LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 July 2011 at 10.34am.
We fix Monday 15 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
