Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Ben C. Field, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners, was appointed liquidator
of WINCHESTER GROUP LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 21 January 2011 at 11.00am.
Enquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Lock

A declaration of solvency has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
17 February 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
