Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Jeremy Michael Morley and Richard Michael Longman, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 July 2011 at 1.15pm and subsequently confirmed by the High Court on 8 July 2011 at 4.39pm.
We fix 12 August 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
