Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 30 June 2011 at 10.30am, the shareholders of the
above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into voluntary liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency, and that Katherine Jane Alford and Michael Shayne Welsh, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint liquidators.
