Notice is given that the directors of TECHTRADE MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Stephen B. Kelliher, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2011 at 8.30am.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 30 August 2011.
