Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that UNITED SERVICES AND COMMUNITY CLUB TRUST (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 25(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, on 4 July 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 4 July 2011 at 10.21am.
