Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that EXCEPTIONAL PRESCHOOLS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 June 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 June 2011 at 10.52am.
