Notice is hereby given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named company on 21 June 2011, a special resolution was passed by CBD TRUSTEES LIMITED at 4.00pm, stating that the company be wound up and Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to All Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator CBD TRUSTEES LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 29 July 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting
to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
- The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose of section 243(1) of the Companies Act 1993 because the company’s records show that there are no assets or funds available to hold such a meeting.
- No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
