Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 30 June 2011 at 9.00am, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company, by special resolution, appointed Simon Dalton, certified chartered accountant, and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
