Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On 23 June 2011, the directors of TIME NEW ZEALAND MAGAZINE LIMITED resolved:
"that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts".
Notice is hereby given that on 23 June 2011 at 8.20pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TIME NEW ZEALAND MAGAZINE LIMITED be liquidated
and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 22 July
2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
