Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 June 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section
241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that MOUNTAIN VIEW LAND COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Denise Elizabeth Bufton, chartered accountant of Rotorua, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 June 2011.
