Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 June 2011 at 1.20pm, Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as liquidators of the above-named company in place of Murray G. Allott, who resigned as liquidator at the same time.
The undersigned does hereby fix 29 July 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
