Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that W MCCONNACHIE CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 May 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 25 May 2011 at 11.00am.
