Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 31 May 2011, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that WAIPA TRADING CO. LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Michael Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2011 at 12.30pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 July 2011.
