Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Richard Burge and Benjamin Blackler were appointed joint and several liquidators of DIRECT PROPERTY INVESTMENTS (NO.8) LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 15 June 2011 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators fix 8 July 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
