Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 27 April 2011 at 6.00pm, the trustees of the TAIERI AND STRATH TAIERI PRIMARY HEALTH ORGANISATION passed a special resolution putting the charitable trust into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator.
The charitable trust is solvent and is being liquidated resulting from a restructure of the health sector.
