Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 April 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OCTAGON DEVELOPMENTS NO.1 LIMITED be liquidated and that Michael Woodward and James Nell, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 April 2011.
