Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 June 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FURNITURE EXPO LIMITED be entered into voluntary liquidation and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 June 2011.
