Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 May 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that HEAP CONSULTING LIMITED be liquidated and that Richard William Stannard, chartered accountant of Gisborne, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 May 2011.
I fix Monday 11 July 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
