Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of liquidators the company would be able to pay its debts, Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on 8 June 2011 at 3.00pm, the date and time the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the company, we fix
30 June 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
