Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AMCORT HONEY NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 June 2011 at 11.39am.
We fix 9 September 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
