Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

GLENAVY DEVELOPMENTS LIMED (in liquidation) at 10.20am.
