Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Ian Caddis, solicitor and insolvency practitioner of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of SOFIA HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 31 May 2011 at 12.45pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of SOFIA HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 9 July 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
