Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TIM ASIAN CONSULTANCY SERVICES NEW ZEALAND LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 June 2011 at 10.39am.
We fix 8 July 2011 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
