Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, at the times stated below:

We fix 30 June 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
