Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 225(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on 16 May 2011 at 10.00am,
I, John Norman Barratt-Boyes, solicitor of Auckland,
was appointed liquidator of SMALL & ROBERTSON HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the company’s shareholders.
The board of the company has passed a resolution that
the company is solvent.
