Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, both chartered
accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of TSSN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court
at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 May 2011 at 10.26am.
We fix 7 June 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
