Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Michael Robert Dunshea, chartered accountant of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, was appointed as liquidator of GRANT THORNTON AUCKLAND LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 22 December 2010 at 11.00am.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
25 January 2011 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
